Commitment to Excellence: Our mentorship program is designed to offer guidance and support tailored to your career and life needs. We strive to deliver high-quality mentoring services to assist you in your personal and professional growth journey.
No Guarantee of Results: While we are dedicated to providing you with the best possible mentorship experience, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from your participation in the program. Your success ultimately depends on your dedication, effort, and application of the knowledge and advice provided by your mentor.
Honesty and Integrity: We expect all participants to uphold the principles of honesty and integrity throughout their engagement with the mentorship program. This includes providing accurate information about your goals, challenges, and progress, as well as respecting the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during mentoring sessions. Also not crafting any clever stories and reasons for wanting a refund.
Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid for enrollment in the mentorship program are non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of the circumstances surrounding your decision to withdraw from the program or your level of satisfaction with the services provided.
Cancellation Policy: In the event that you wish to cancel your enrollment in the mentorship program, please notify us in writing as soon as possible at hello@catlettacademy.com. Please note that cancellation requests do not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.
Modification of Services: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the mentorship program at our discretion. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants in advance and provide alternative options whenever possible.
Feedback and Communication: Your feedback is valuable to us, and we encourage you to communicate openly with our team about your experiences and any concerns you may have. We are committed to continuously improving our services based on participant feedback and suggestions.
